The Tator Tot Hot Dish I made could not get any easier. K and our friend that ate with us both raved about it and that's saying a lot! Here's the recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1-8 oz. container of sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 tsp. onion salt OR 1 small chopped onion
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1-32 oz bag of tator tots
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Salt and pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix together sour cream, cream of chicken soup, onion or onion salt, and cheddar cheese
- Stir in tator tots
- Pour into 9x13 pan
- Pour melted butter over hot dish
- Bake for 45 minutes
Happy (almost) Fall!
